STEP 1

From the Art Spot homepage, tap on the hamburger menu, shown by the red arrow, to open menu options.

Tap on the login button to open the account login page

STEP 3

Enter your account details: Your email or user name and your password. This will grant you access to the “Dashboard” in your personal account.

Tap the hamburger menu again in the top left of the screen to reveal the options

STEP 5

Tap on the “Art” option in the menu list. This will take you to the Art section.

STEP 6

Once in the Art section, tap on the “Add Art” button shown by the red arrow.

This section also displays a list of all your previously uploaded artworks and they can be edited or updated from here.

STEP 7

Here is where you can upload your art and add in all the details of each of your art such as:

Art title – Enter the title of your art here

Regular price – Enter the price of your art in USD

Sale price – You can leave this blank unless you want to include a sale price

Artist – Enter the full (first and last) name of the artist associated with the artwork

Media – Enter the media used in creating the art, e.g. Acrylic on canvas or Pencil on paper

Art Size – Enter the width, height and depth of your art in centimetres. Only enter numbers. For artworks on unframed paper or unframed canvas please enter the depth as 0.1 (cm)

Remember to save your progress by tapping on the “Save New Art” tab at the top of the page. You can also choose to save as draft by tapping the “Save as Draft” tab.

Scroll down to reveal more options

To add the image (photo) of your artwork, scroll further down until you see the image icon, shown by the red arrow. Click on the icon to begin uploading the image associated with this art.

Tap on the “Upload files” tab shown by the red arrow and then tap on the “Select Files” button. 

STEP 11

You can then navigate to the folder in your phone where the image of your art is located. Select the desired image and it will automatically be uploaded. Once uploaded, ensure that the selected image is highlighted with a blue tick then scroll to the bottom right of the page and tap on “Select” button. This will add the image to your art page.

If you scroll further down, you will find the area where you can add “Description” or “Short Description” of your art, if you wish to. This is optional, so you can choose to leave it blank.
